  • Once the customer has downloaded the work, it is considered 'used'; however, if the tutor has not submitted the work, that's a different case.
  • Every order will be shipped on time. Sometimes the customer submits the required materials too late, which causes delays. A refund is not feasible in this instance. For this reason, it is normally best to include all pertinent assignment information, including any additional sources that must be used concurrently, when placing the initial purchase.
