About Me:
My specializations include organizational behavior, human resource management and strategic leadership and working with clients to discuss the inner workings of a business. A lot of my work focuses on aspects of change management, team dynamics, and operations strategy, and I particularly like applying management theory to a practical problem you have in your workplace as opposed to one that is abstract.
As a student of INSEAD's MBA program, I was introduced to a lot of business and leadership styles that add depth to my case studies and essays with all the cases I write. I understand that the instructions are given specifically for the project; I will ensure that it is not a generic, instead it is what is written in the rubric or instructions.
